To assist you with meeting these requirements we created RealMe, a comprehensive solution that allows patients to self-report their REALD & SOGI data, link that data to their visit at your facility and handles the reporting of that visit to the Oregon Health Authority.  

 

RealMe will be available for Hospitals, Healthcare Organizations, Insurance companies and all other entities required to report REALD & SOGI data.
